Has the institution conducted a survey or other evaluation that allows for anonymous feedback to measure employee satisfaction and engagement during the previous three years?:
Yes

Percentage of employees assessed, directly or by representative sample:
100

A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
Aggregate results from the Great Colleges survey were compiled by Modern Think and shared with university leadership during a webinar. Unit heads were given access to a university-wide narrative report as well as a dashboard of results developed by Modern Think where they could access their unit’s results and filter by demographics. Individual units could then identify their strengths and challenges and address as necessary.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
Individual units were given autonomy to address areas of concern as identified by the various university-wide reports and the data available to individual units. The university plans to readminister the Great Colleges survey in a 3-5 year cycle to assess progress. Additionally, administrative and support units across the university engage in an annual assessment reporting process where they identify their program outcomes, assessments used to measure these outcomes, findings from the assessments, and their plans to address any negative findings from the assessments.
