Narrative outlining the institutional boundary used to complete this report:

The Tec de Monterrey university and high school campus Sinaloa began operations on August 8, 1983. Its presence in the state was thanks to the initiative of a group of businessmen who trusted in the prestige of the Monterrey Technological System to establish an institution that would promote the region and collaborate with its development.

The current facilities of the Sinaloa Campus were inaugurated on August 15, 1985. The student population at that time consisted of 432 young people, 269 in the high school area and 163 in the professional area. Four careers were offered at that time: Public Accountant, Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial and Systems Engineering, and Computer Systems Engineering.
