"Impulsa" is a committee that emerged in 2018 as the first Advisory Committee on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging coordinated by the Center for Human Dignity Recognition. It is comprised of women and men leaders of our institution who seek to provide gender perspective to processes and decision-making, integrating the diversity of voices and experiences of employees. Its goal is to advance gender equality, particularly by increasing the representation of women in leadership positions.

My commitment to Integrity: The objective of this course is to cultivate ethical awareness for a more responsible and humane professional practice.

Human dignity courses: Online awareness courses for all teachers and collaborators.

Inclusive language in educational spaces (CADi): Course to raise awareness about the importance of using inclusive language in building safe spaces for all members of the Tecnológico de Monterrey community.

Diversity and Inclusion for Leaders: Seeing, Emulating, or Driving Change?: Course on inclusion, non-discrimination, and reducing inequalities for historically marginalized groups.
