Members include the UNAM, UAM, University of Guadalajara and the Tecnológico de Monterrey; subnational governments such as the State of Jalisco, the Metropolitan Planning Institute in Guadalajara (IMEPLAN) and municipal representatives from the metropolitan area of Monterrey; domestic energy and waste management companies, such as Engie and Protrash; businesses like Uber and Toks/Grupo Gigante; national banks as Citibanamex and Banorte and other local and global NGOs, as WRI, ICLEI, ITDP, among others. This alliance is supported by key national partner organizations including Instituto Metropolitano de Planeación (IMEPLAN), Iniciativa Climática de México (ICM), Government of Jalisco and WWF-Mexico.
