Punto blanco is a contemplative and spiritual initiative that is applied nationwide, the campus staff provides a space for the students to go and meditate, pray, talk, etc. in a holistic way. There's not a single religion attached to it or a single way of thinking, is "a blank space" where the student (and staff) is able to have a moment of peace, of contemplation, and introspection.

Tec de Monterrey nationwide has an agreement with a corporation that was called gympass and now it's know as wellhub. Through this agreement employees are given free fitness classes and also a preferential cost to access a lot of fitness studios and gyms.
Besides, along with the wellhub app, there's some other free apps to help and improve the physical health of the staff.
