Narrative outlining the institutional boundary used to complete this report:

In 1998, Aguascalientes' Campus was founded like all great projects with a dream, an idea that materialized on August in a ceremony at the Quinta Real hotel presided over by Governor Otto Grenades, our rector P.A David Noel Ramirez Padilla and eng. Victor Gutierrez the first campus director.

After operating in the Torre Plaza Bosques building with satellite masters programs, a dedicated location was finally secured to build the university. It was situated on the outskirts of the city, lacking the road infrastructure enjoyed today.

Tec opened its doors with a single-story main building featuring a central plaza. a small cafeteria. and green areas. It was equipped with to classrooms. a library. study rooms. administration offices. IT. and physical plant offices. as well as internet and telephone services. all powered in the early days by a gasoline generator.

Nowadays the campus offers middle school and high school education, besides baccalaureate and online master's education.
