According to TU Dublin's salary scales (Ref 1) published on 01 Oct 2024, the annual salary for the highest compensated senior administrator (the President) is €240,715 and the annual salary for the lowest compensated full-time employee (Clerical Officer/Library Assistant I/Grade 3) is €29,811.
 
The compensation ratio is calculated as:
 
Ratio = Highest Compensation / Lowest Compensation
Ratio = 240,715 / 29,811
