Does the institution have an employee assistance or wellness program that provides counseling, referral, and well-being services to employees?:
Yes
A brief description of the employee wellness program, policy, or practice:
As an employer, Taylor University believes that by helping our employees focus on their physical state of being, we can help improve their other states of being as well. We do not deny that a long-term benefit of a wellness program will result in healthier employees, less potential for health related costs, and happier employees. But these outcomes are secondary to the driving concern that our employees become all that God desires for them on their walk with him.
