The inclusive (diversity and equity) programs were integrated in the Gender and Development Plan and Budget every fiscal year. Moreover, the Gender and Development Office usually coordinated with the Office of the Student Services and Development and Human Resource Management Office in conducting programs and activities related to this matter.
Moreover, in the organizational structure of the Office of Student Services and Development, Student Inclusion Services is included under the Institutional Programs and Services Unit.

The Gender and Development Office in coordination with the Office of Student Services and Development and Human Resource Management Office conducted gender sensitivity and awareness orientations and trainings were diversity and inclusion is also given emphasis. Moreover, on April 16,2021 the GAD office and OSSD conducted Peer Talk on SOGIE.
