TAFE Queensland's certified agreement is attached and shows the pay rate scales of employees - administration, professional, operational and technical. The lowest paid employee at Robina Campus is operational level 2. Educators are covered under a different agreement.

The General Manager is not covered under this agreement as GMs are under a private contract arrangement with GM salary varying based on the TQ region.

The highest-paid staff member at Robina Campus is the General Manager. The confidential contract between TAFE Queensland and the General Manager cannot be shared however the package is equivalent to $250,000pa. The lowest-paid worker is at a 1:4 ratio to the GM. Public service award TAFE Qld - The lowest award rate for any employer is the Operational Stream Level 2, Tier 1 @ $2056pf which equates to approximately $4200pm.
