This course will help the individual to redefine their career in business and management with this high-level dual diploma. Develop the advanced skills and specialised knowledge needed to work at a strategic level. Throughout this course the individual will be mentored in team leadership and management, discover how to utilise emotional intelligence to maximise team outcomes, and learn how to develop and implement an operational plan to facilitate effective workplace practices. The course also covers topics including communicating with influence, project work, workforce planning management, and risk management. Upon successful completion of this course the individuals will be able to work across a variety of office and business management roles.

A brief description of the undergraduate minor or concentration (2nd program):
The Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery provides the technical skills and advanced knowledge required to join a kitchen brigade or continue with further specialised study. This course equips the individual to work within the kitchen at a supervisory level. The individual will gain hands on culinary experience in the preparation of appetisers, salads, stocks, sauces, soups, seafood, meat, poultry, breads, pastries and cakes. Supervisory skills will be developed, and the individual will learn how to manage diversity in the workplace, implement sustainable practices, provide leadership, manage finances, and coordinate cooking operations.

This course is the next step in a child care career with this advanced qualification designed specifically for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students. This course is perfect for people who are already working in early childhood education and care, and want to progress their career as an educator or centre director. This course will provide the skills and practical knowledge to design and implement early childhood programs by understanding the emotional, physical, cognitive, and social needs of young children. A highly-experienced team of industry professionals will provide the support you need to succeed throughout the course of your studies. Successful completion of this course will qualify you to design and implement early childhood education and care programs. You will be equipped with the skills you need to plan, implement, and evaluate programs in line with approved learning frameworks and regulatory requirements.
