Our office collaborates across all divisions of the University to build community and cultivate a culture of respect, safety, and equity that recognizes the value of diversity in all its forms.

Harassment and Discrimination Prevention Training - Syracuse University is committed to providing an educational and work environment that values all individuals. We respect the dignity and rights of all members of the University community. It is the expectation of the University that all employees are guided by integrity, mutual respect and civility toward others. In support of these commitments, the EOIRS office provides training on topics of Title IX, and preventing harassment and discrimination.

Sexual Harassment Prevention Annual Training - Sexual Harassment Prevention Training is required for all faculty and staff


Diversity: Inclusion in the Modern Workforce - A diverse campus must also be inclusive. By focusing on key concepts that shape our world and inform our shared values and experiences, this course explores the nature of diversity and provides practical strategies for workplace inclusion.

Title IX training - Syracuse University community members who are involved with responding to reports of sexual misconduct implicating Syracuse University’s

Bridges: Building a Supportive Community - This course will help you understand staff and faculty requirements to identify and report different types of sexual misconduct committed against students, and ways to prevent sexual violence and maintaining a safe campus community.
