Does the institution host a food bank, pantry, or equivalent resource focused on alleviating food insecurity, hunger and poverty among students?:
Yes

A brief description of the food bank, pantry, or equivalent resource:

The food pantry is a student-run initiative led by the FLI Council and funding through student money allocated by the Student Budgeting Committee. The Food Pantry is an initiative aimed at addressing food insecurity amongst the Swarthmore FLI community. Food and resource insecurity is especially prevalent during school breaks (times when Dining Services are closed). The pantry has been restocked nearly 10x over the 2021-2022 year with non-perishable food items (oatmeal, cup noodles, snacks, etc.), hygiene products, and laundry essentials. It is currently located in Clothier Hall.
