Our Center for Environmental Education and Research (CEER) is 87 acres on the westernmost part of campus. This part of our campus receives no regular landscape management attention beyond lawn mowing. The campus garden located at the CEER follows organic principles and doesn't use any synthetic fertilizers or harmful pesticides. The 14 acres solar array is also located at the CEER and is maintained by a flock of sheep so lawn mowing isn't even needed.
