SU Dining Services is managed by Aramark and the information for the dining purchases throughout the year was pulled by reports from Aramark that pull data based off sustainable attributes or being plant based. These reports where then analyzed by a student worker in the Office of Sustainability to ensure compliance with the OP 7 requirements. Alcohol purchases were accessed from a PCard report from the Director of Dining Services. All food purchases were included in the report so this is not a sample. The time period selected was based off when the student worker began their analysis.
