A brief description of the institution’s indoor air quality program(s) (including information about regular auditing or monitoring, mechanisms for occupants to register complaints, and action plans):
Facilities Management (FM) has primary responsibility for indoor air quality issues throughout campus, and conduct Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) assessments and remediation when necessary. Complaints are registered through several mechanisms including the FM website which has a “work request” link on the opening page. Additionally, the College uses a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to document and track all work orders, which includes indoor air quality issues and remediation.
