“The White Paper on Diversity” is about the past, present, and future Diversity and Heritage of Stetson University. “The Report of the Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Group” (SOGI) is an assessment that was issued by President Libby to produce a more specific report about the treatment and campus climate of/for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered, questioning, and queer members of the community.

In the “White Paper on Diversity”, a top ten list was drafted saying what Stetson University needed to improve diversity and tolerance on campus: 1. Chief Diversity Officer, 2. Diversity as a strategic priority, 3. Faculty Diversity Initiative, 4. T/P Uncoupling, 5. Integrate Diversity into an updated AQI Report, 6. Support for different learning strategies for diverse population, 7. More effective sensitivity training, 8. Linkages to Student Life for episodes of intolerance, 9. Educate the university community on diversity, 10. New survey on campus climate.
