In addition to the recycling program, limits are placed on the purchases of classified waste products.
A brief description of how the institution safely disposes of hazardous, universal, and non-regulated chemical waste:
All classified and hazardous waste is disposed of in accordance with federal, state and local guidelines. The waste is stored in appropriate containers until it is removed and disposed of by authorized service contractors.
