Sterling College was a participant in the lobbying and support of raising the net metering limits in Vermont to enable more renewable power and energy use on college campuses. Sterling College has hosted 350Vermont on campus to talk about a carbon tax to encourage emission reductions and to use the money both for energy efficiency and for tax cuts elsewhere.
