Sterling College does not have formally adopted guidelines or policies, but has recently raised staff pay and benefits. Wages and pay are constantly revised to provide the best work environment for employees. A key element of the College's five-year Strategic Plan is to offer compensation and benefits consistent with our cohort of colleges including College of the Atlantic, Green Mountain College, Unity College, and Prescott College.
