Yes

There are bicycle racks at every building, and the Wildcat Field House has locker rooms with showers for commuters to use.

Yes

A brief description of the bicycle parking and storage facilities:

Every Suite at both Adirondack and Mohawk Residence Halls have bicycle racks. Each bicycle rack holds 3 bicycles. Adirondack also has vertical bike stands at the ends of both sides of the residence halls. There are 2 vertical bicycle racks on the left side and 2 vertical bicycle racks on the right side, each rack holding 2 bicycles. Oriskany Residence Hall has 2 indoor bicycle racks, each holding 10 bicycles. There are also 2 outdoor bicycle racks located at the back entrance of Oriskany each holding 5 bicycles.
