Abby Lane Housing Corporation, a subsidiary of the ESF College Foundation contracts with Greystar Real Estate Partners to operate the ESF residence hall, Centennial Hall. Greystar provides eight permanent full time staff members to operate and maintain the building.
Five of the eight (62.5%) full time staff earn a local living wage above $24.23 per hour. Greystar does not employee any permanent part-time staff. (There are temporary part-time student staff in the building that earn the required minimum wage.)
