A brief description of the incentive program(s):
The ESF Open Academy incentivizes faculty and staff from various academic departments to develop and teach courses in the Sustainability Management degree program.
A brief description of the incentives that academic staff who participate in the program(s) receive:
Faculty and staff receive stipends for their contributions in the form of summer salary or an extra service appointment.
