The Sustainability Coordinator creates a newsletter that is sent out to students, faculty, and staff that have requested one. The newsletter includes sustainability updates, news, programs, events, as well as tips and recommendations for sustainable living.

A brief description of the signage that highlights sustainability features on campus:
Signage is posted throughout our LEED Gold certified building that highlights the sustainable building and construction materials and other sustainable features including energy efficient lighting, green cleaning products, etc.
New signs were created by a graphic design student for the campus's native plant garden. The signs identify the native species and share the history of the garden as well as the student and employee volunteers that helped create it.
Many of the light switches around campus are covered with a sticker reminding campus members to turn the lights off as they leave a room.

The sustainability website has a feature where campus members can request an in-person sustainability tour. There is also an online map that highlights the various sustainable locations on campus, where anyone can take a virtual tour.
