A brief description of the institution’s efforts to support alternative fuel and power technology in its motorized fleet:
The Facilities Department is constantly seeking to invest in additional electric vehicles for the campus fleet. To support this the campus currently has 6 EV chargers, two available for campus community use. We hosted an EV demonstration event for campus faculty and staff and invited several clean transportation organizations to table and provide information to participants about the benefits of EVs, workplace charging and statewide incentives and rebates.
