Purchase College, since 2015, has been a member of the Green Business Partnership that connects organizations across Westchester County that focus on incorporating sustainability into their workplaces. There is an annual membership fee involved. The partnership hosts a series of events throughout the year for members to network and share experiences about implementing sustainable initiatives, programs and gaining certifications.

Campus food pantry has a partnership with Feeding Westchester to combat food insecurity and increase student equity and success. Feeding Westchester safely recovers nutritious food that would otherwise go to waste due to their infrastructure (like freezers, refrigerators, and trucks) and business relationships, they've recovered millions of pounds of food destined for landfills.

Campus food pantry has a partnership with County Harvest to combat food insecurity and increase student equity and success. County Harvest gathers healthy, unsold food from dozens of top supermarkets, leading restaurants and other venues, and immediately transport it to local soup kitchens, food pantries and homeless shelters to make a difference in people’s lives.
