The most recent course catalog (2016-2018) was used to manually scan for course offerings including sustainability. Courses were designated as "sustainability courses" if the class subject was centered on more than 2 of 3 aspects of sustainability (environmental health, social well-being, economic prosperity). "Courses that include sustainability" were assigned if the course had a major unit, topic or project centered around sustainability aspects. The courses are continually reviewed by faculty and the college's Board of Study.
