A brief description of how and when the cultural assessment(s) were developed and/or adopted:

This past semester we took part in a sustainability culture assessment which was was developed and administered by
Sean Vormwald
PhD Student, Environmental Communication
Graduate Program in Environmental Science
SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry

It was sent to all faculty, staff, and students. We do not have the results from Sean yet, but we anticipate using the findings to help develop our campus sustainability plan. This first one will serve as a baseline and we will repeat it at multi-year intervals to track our progress.

I uploaded the student version above. There is also a version sent to faculty and staff, but this seems to only accept one upload. I added it below.

We did not sample, we sent the link to all faculty, staff, and students. It went out in an email from the college president with several follow-up reminders and incentive gifts offered.
