1. The School of Education and the School of Business has developed a diversity committee within their areas.

2. Enrollment of underrepresented student shad increased by %15 and exceeded the projected goal for the 2010-11 academic year. The Enrollment management subcommittee for the recruitment of students of color will convene to develop a revise plan.

3. There was an increase in the number of underrepresented students participating in study abroad programs.

4. SUNY Oswego's new Possibility Scholars program aims to help students in the Oswego and Syracuse City School Districts who otherwise would not be able to afford pursuing degrees in science and technology fields. The program provides support for tuition, room and board, as well as hands-on research and international service learning.
