A brief description of the institution's indoor air quality plan, policy, and/or practices:

All new construction is required to be LEED Silver or better to meet campus standards and State Policy. Newly constructed or renovated buildings have included CO2 monitoring for outside air control, proper ventilation of common spaces is required and operable windows are provided for student residences. While no formal policy exists on campus the Codes of NYS require specific ventilation rates for all occupied spaces to ensure proper indoor air quality. The student residents, faculty and staff understand that complaints regarding air quality are directed to the Director of Environmental Health and Safety for investigation and resolution.
