I spoke to Andrea Klein, director of the SUNY Geneseo office of Campus Scheduling and Events. She informed me that while we do not have a green event certification program, many of the events catered by campus auxiliary services offer vegan/vegetarian options, recycle, and use no plastic water bottles.
