A brief description of the cultural competence trainings and activities:
During faculty orientation there is a brief overview on the campus commitment to diversity as well as diversity training in order make sure that the faculty and staff respects different cultures and ideas. Some sections of campus, including C.A.S. (Campus Auxillary Services) have diversity seminars that are required for all staff, including student workers.
