A brief description of the garden:
The community garden was set up in the back of Geneseo's arboretum and is run by The Community Garden group on campus. The community garden started as an area to experiment with the best ways of growing seasonal vegetables and herbs. The garden now contains artwork and a composting area and is constantly thinking of ways to expand and better its techniques. Students are encouraged to participate in maintain the garden and harvest the produce for there own person use.
