The annual International Energy & Sustainability Conference is hosted by the Renewable Energy and Sustainability Center at Farmingdale State College. This is an opportunity for all academic staff, non-academic staff, and professionals outside of the college to come together, learn about sustainability, and network.

A brief description of any external professional development and training opportunities in sustainability that are supported by the institution :
The annual International Energy & Sustainability Conference that is hosted by the Renewable Energy & Sustainability Center offers PDH for those that attend the conference and tracks that are labeled for PDH credits.

FSC also supports the Office for Sustainability by funding conference opportunities so staff can learn about cutting edge sustainability innovations and network with fellow sustainability peers.
