Optional documentation

Notes about the information provided for this credit:

Purchases for all areas of purchasing (including but not limited to cleaning products, electronics, furniture and office paper) are tracked by an internal procurement software maintained by the Purcashing Office as well as individual offices. Records of purchased goods are also acquired directly from the vendor. Since SUNY Cortland is a New York State entity purchasing and procurement is well documented. To acquire the data from this report the Purchasing Office collaborated with individual offices to send data about purchases and to ensure no goods, especially those of sustainability criteria, were double counted.
