During the preceeding five years, major capital projects include:

Memrial Library - New York State Stretch Code - 33,000 GSF +/- partial gut and renovation for Advisement and Transtion, as well as cosolication of Information Resources services.
Corey Union food service area - 22,375 GSF - partial gut and renovation in advance of larger capital project planned for 2026-2027.
Miller Building 2 and 3 floor Renovation - improved insulation, New York State Stretch Code for system upgrades. 22,950 GSF
