There are few offices that handle this on campus. The Office of Human Resources through the Affirmative Action Officer oversees the hiring and search to meet the goals.
The campus through the self Study for the middle state accreditation has adopted goals to meet as well .
The Office of Multicultural Life and Diversity and the Chief Diversity Officer , provide a diversity trainings and sponsor events such as Unity Celebration to infuse diversity among staff and students.
We have an onboarding program and the diversity institute.
