SUNY Cortland's ASC developed a direct farm to table relationship with a local farmer, Main Street Farms, to make our very own tomato sauce.

Foster further community partnerships to increase local farmer awareness and increase economic development within the region. Measurable outcomes where to assess the economics of this type of partnership as compared to economics through standard vendor relationships.
