This institution has an Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (OEDI), run by a Chief Diversity Officer. OEDI also has a full-time diversity program coordinator who organizes trainings and grants for speakers. Recently the office started a Faculty Diversity Fellow program for research related to improving the campus climate. This year there are two fellows. OEDI guides efforts to communicate to the College and outside community Brockport's commitment to diversity and equity. They develop and monitor the College's EDI Plan; prepare and analyze reports to monitor our success; and conceptualize and cultivate diversity as an institutional and educational priority. The office is also in charge of the bias reporting system.

Brown Bag Lunch and Learn: The main goal of the series is to promote a welcoming, safe, and inclusive space that fosters and encourages opportunities to grow personally and professionally on topics of equity, diversity, and inclusion. Diversity Conference: The Diversity Conference seeks to promote open- mindedness, celebrate diversity, and promote awareness of divergent views on our campus and within our communities.
