A brief description of any internal sustainability professional development and training opportunities that the institution makes available to non-academic staff:
We have a training department which offerings include but are not limited to Management Development Program, self-development classes; Leadership Development Program, leadership assessment, etc. In addition, we have a Center for Excellence for Learning and Teaching which offers professional development and seminar opportunities.

Also in our Bizlibrary.com offerings, there are courses related to sustainability as well as many other training programs.

A brief description of any external professional development and training opportunities in sustainability that are supported by the institution :
Drs. Jim Zollweg and Marcie Desrochers gave a professional development presentation to faculty concerning adding sustainability information into courses at the Center for Excellence for Learning and Teaching (CELT) on 3/23/23. The current year, Drs. Jamie Spiller (History) and Marcie Desrochers (Psychology), both Sustainability Committee members, will present at CELT. These trainings are considered professional development since faculty add them to their annual report as such. These trainings are supported by the institution through the CELT office, which receives funding by the institution.
