For all new construction projects, where financially feasible, Stark State College has made the commitment to strive to achieve a LEED Silver rating. Under specification section 01719 Construction Waste Management, contractors are obligated to adhere to the administrative and procedural requirements for recycling non-hazardous demolition/construction materials as well as disposing of non-hazardous demolition/construction materials per LEED Credit MRc2.
