Tracking and calculating OSHA recordable cases is done manually in Excel, and is managed by the Office of Risk Management. OSHA recordable injuries/illness in California is governed by CalOSHA guidelines as outlined by California Department of Industrial Relations and can be found here: https://www.dir.ca.gov/t8/14300_7.html
