BeWell @ Stanford serves as the overarching health and wellness resource for Stanford University students, faculty, staff, and retirees. By facilitating a culture of wellness at Stanford, BeWell encourages individuals to adopt and maintain healthy lifestyle behaviors and to improve their health, well-being, and quality of life. The Well-Being at Stanford program through Vaden Health Center also supports student emotional wellbeing. To help provide more support to students with the challenges of the pandemic, a Quarantine and Isolation group is available. In January 2020, Stanford also added three student support specialists to its Well-Being at Stanford Coaching roster whose work will focus on helping students manage stress, life transitions, interpersonal concerns, and more. Details about that Coaching program are here:
