A brief description of each certified dining hall or food service outlet, including the year the certification was achieved and/or renewed:

Florence Moore Dining Hall received 4-star Green Restaurant Association certification in January 2015. Florence Moore Dining Hall received 221.91 points.

All of Stanford Dining’s dining halls were Responsible Epicurean and Agricultural Leadership (REAL) certified in July 2015. R&DE Stanford Dining was the first campus dining program to receive the certification.
