Our ‘Live Better: Wellness at St. Lawrence University’ is a comprehensive wellness program for our faculty and staff. This initiative focuses on improving physical well-being, increasing employee awareness of campus resources and fostering campus-wide support for wellness programming including subsidized yoga and fitness classes at the University fitness center. Also, employees and their dependents have access to three free counseling sessions per year, free legal consultation and a free balance works program that acts as a personal assistant for busy people (from researching questions on insurance, to purchasing plane tickets to, on-line shopping).
