Our science library loans, rugged, simple bikes that are able to withstand heavy use and require only routine maintenance. Faculty, staff and students may check out the bikes from the library for a 4 hour period. Each borrower is issued a bike lock and offered a helmet. Our six to ten (depending on maintenance needs) bikes were checked out 270 times this year.
