The college does not have a CIR. However, our external investment managers incorporate the following ESG integration and active ownership across all of their strategies:

The College’s investment policy includes the following clause:

1.2 Environmental, Social and Governance Principles
Consistent with achieving the applicable investment objectives set forth herein, the College’s investment policy will be implemented within a framework predicated on incorporating environmental, social and governance factors as core components of decision-making and risk management. This includes engagement; proxy voting; and evaluation of the economic merits of current and potential investments taking into account governance practices, environmental or social impact, and regulatory and reputational risks.

Our College board of governors reviews and approves the College’s investment policy annually.
