Has the institution conducted a GHG emissions inventory within the previous three years that includes all Scope 1 and 2 emissions? :
Yes

A copy of the most recent GHG emissions inventory:
A brief description of the methodology and/or tool used to complete the GHG emissions inventory:

SLC reports annually to the Ministry of Energy, Northern Development and Mines on their energy use and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions who publish the reports on their website (as of July 1, 2013) This data includes the annual amount of energy used and greenhouse gases emitted by BPS (Broader Public Sector) organizations. BPS organizations required to report include municipalities, municipal service boards, school boards, universities, colleges and hospitals. The college has been tracking our GHG emission since 2006 however reliable data is available from 2010 and beyond.

Has the GHG emissions inventory been validated internally by personnel who are independent of the GHG accounting and reporting process and/or verified by an independent, external third party?:
Yes

A brief description of the GHG inventory verification process:

The inventory verification process is completed through Broader Public Sector division under the Ministry of Energy. Blackstone Energy Services completed St. Lawrence College's Greenhouse Gas Emission Roadmap and continue to provide ongoing support each year as we submit energy consumption reports to the Ministry.
