In January 2016, SLC employees completed an engagement survey to find our what keeps them engaged at work. The intent for the survey is to use the results and invest in opportunities for staff feel connected to the college

The results of the survey showed engagement levels were high and that the majority of staff were engaged and/or motivated by one of more of the these top three engagement drivers:
