St. John's University conducts a Facility Condition Assessment for all major infrastructure components. Facilities keeps a running list of high priority capital for annual renewal and replacement with a reoccurring budget that ranges from $15,000,000-$30,000,000, but it is not comprehensive University wide at this time.
